The agency wanted to enter a single-page ad they had created for Rhinocort Allergy Spray. The ad featured the suffering face of an allergy sufferer right smack on the nose of, well, an allergy sufferer. The idea was to personify the problem of physicians not engaging in dialogue with their patients. We took their concept and (pardon the pun), blew it out.
